Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your new mobile case, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Below are the details regarding our return policy:

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 07 days from the delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please note: A return shipping charge of ₹200 will be deducted from your refund amount.

2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Used or damaged products that are not in resellable condition.
  • Tempered glass.
  • All types of screen guards and laminations.

4. Process to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at +91-9974839696 with your order details and the reason for your return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Please package the item securely and ship it back to us using the provided return label.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund may take 7 - 10 working days to appear depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchange
If you would prefer an exchange, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Replacement/exchange :

For any replacement/exchange  kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery upon approval of your request the new item will get delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

if any refund is approved it will be credited to your original payment method within 7 - 10 working days
