The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without any cuts or edits. Without a valid unboxing video, no return, replacement, exchange, or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.

Initiate Return

7 Days Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed after delivery, we will not be able to process any return, exchange, or refund request.

Important Notes

  • We do not support partial refunds under any circumstances.
  • A mandatory unboxing video is required for all return, replacement, exchange, or damage claims.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • Opening of the parcel
    • Product condition inside the package
    • Continuous recording without cuts or edits
  • Without a proper unboxing video, no return, refund, replacement, or exchange request will be accepted.
  • A return shipping charge of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Order ID or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Tempered Glass
  • Screen Guards & Laminations
  • Clearance Sale Products
  • Final Sale Items
  • Used or Damaged Products
  • Customized Products

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Product Images
  • Proper Unboxing Video

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Replacement / Exchange Policy

  • Replacement or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 working days.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product, it will go through a Quality Check (QC) inspection process.

If the product passes our QC verification and meets our return eligibility conditions, your refund will be approved and processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product is received back by us and successfully passes QC inspection.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  4. Securely pack the product and ship it back as instructed

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer unless the wrong or defective product was delivered.
  • Shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable.
