Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days depending on your location.

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy. Returns are only processed if an unboxing video is provided. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request. In applicable cases, the product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging. Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and passes quality check (QC).
