We accept returns within 07 days from the delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery , unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
3. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Mobile cases that have been personalized or customized.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Used or damaged products that are not in resellable condition.
- Tempered glass.
- All types of screen guards and laminations.
4. Process to Initiate a Return
